Women in Film and Television International - Our parent organization! Women In Film & Television International (WIFTI) is a global network comprised of some 40 Women In Film chapters worldwide and over 10,000 members dedicated to advancing professional development and achievement for women working in all areas of film, video, and other screen-based media.
BAVC - The Bay Area Video Coilition (BAVC) is the largest and most advanced independent media arts center in the country. We believe that media and new technologies should be a resource for everyone. Whether you want to learn Photoshop, edit your documentary for PBS, restore old videotapes, or have a really basic question answered, give us a call; we can help. We've been doing it for over 25 years.
Cinefemme - Cinefemme is a non-profit organization dedicated to creating strategies for emerging female filmmakers to realize artistic film projects. We provide consultation and assistance to select filmmakers on all stages of a project. Cinefemme's vision is to catapult artistic film projects by women screenwriters and directors from initial conception into production. Our primary focus is on the development of the proposal/script and fundraising (identifying potential donors and grants).

Film Arts Foundation - Film Arts Foundation (FAF) is a non-profit leader in the media arts field, providing comprehensive training, equipment, information, consultations, and exhibition opportunities to independent filmmakers. Now in its twenty-fifth year, Film Arts has more than 3,400 members working in film, video, and multimedia, and is the largest regional organization of independent producers in the country.

Film/Tape World - Since 1988, Film/Tape World has covered the San Francisco Bay Area's film, video, digital and computer media industries on a monthly basis. In our newsprint pages, you can read about everything from technology and techniques, to PSAs and commercials, to small indie films and big-budget studio features, to computer games and corporate videos.

GenArts - Gen Art is the leading arts and entertainment organization dedicated to showcasing emerging fashion designers, filmmakers, musicians and visual artists. With offices in New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Miami and Chicago Gen Art produces over 100 events annually ranging from a week-long film festival to massive star-studded fashion shows, DJ competitions, art exhibitions, multi-media events and much, much more.
Hollywood North - Acting & Modeling - Hollywood North helps actors, models, photographers, casting directors and talent agents communicate more efficiently with each other. ITVS - The Independent Television Service (ITVS) brings to local, national and international audiences high-quality, content-rich programs created by a diverse body of independent producers. MadCat International Women's Film Festival - MadCat was founded to give a voice to the vast range of experimental and independent films directed by women.
Oakland Film Office - The Oakland Film Office promotes filmmaking in the City of Oakland to advance economic development and civic pride and to increase regional, national and international awareness of Oakland as a vibrant, beautiful and culturally diverse city.

San Francisco Cinematique - Since its foundation in 1961, SF Cinematheque has become one of the most knowledgeable and respected showcases of experimental film and video in the world. San Francisco Film Commission - The San Francisco Film Commission is made up of eleven Commissioners including a Commission President and Vice President. The Commissioners are appointed and serve at the pleasure of the Mayor. An Executive Director is appointed and serves at the pleasure of the Commission. Commission meetings are held on the fourth Monday of every month (excluding August) at 2:00 pm in City Hall, Room 416 and are open to the public.
